Spang Engineered Solutions (SES), a business unit of Spang and Company, has acquired Magnetic Technology, Inc., located in McKinney, Texas. The acquisition further increases the reach of SES, expanding their presence in unique defense and aerospace applications. Magnetic Technology has a long history of unparalleled magnetic component manufacture of high quality, high reliability magnetic components.
In addition to broadening access to new customers and applications, the Magnetic Technology acquisition adds a second ISO/AS9100 manufacturing facility, certified by our Registrar, Perry Johnson, to the SES group. A second AS9100 facility improves SES’ ability to respond to increasing customer demands and better react to market trends.
