Spang Engineered Solutions (SES), a business unit of Spang and Company, has acquired Wirebenders, Inc., located in Phoenix, Arizona. The purchase increases the reach of SES expanding their presence in the aerospace and defense industries. Wirebenders’ long history of manufacturing high quality, high reliability magnetic components strengthen the ability of SES to serve existing and new customers.
In addition, the Wirebenders team brings unique expertise in the manufacture of magnetic devices and coaxial cable assemblies. Coaxial cable assemblies will be an additional product line that SES can expand by offering both US and overseas production to balance delivery time and competitive pricing. In addition to the manufacturing capabilities, SES will now offer ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 certified manufacturing certified by our Registrar, PRI; Performance Review Institute.
